One of the rarest dojutsus found throughout the world, the Mugenkuganís primary ability is to see traveling waves of electromagnetism or electromagnetic radiation within a person. Electromagnetic radiation is a propagating wave with magnetic and electric components; every person has an electromagnetic current that runs though them. In total the Mugenkugan can view all electromagnetic wavelengths of various frequencies such as electrical, radio, microwave, infrared, visible light, ultra-violet and gamma energies. But the Mugenkugan needs to blends all of these energy frequencies into one [Gurou] to be viewed, which is known as the infinite spectrum.

Every person gives off a unique glow, or "Gurou," through the infinite spectrum, making the Mugenkugan user able to identify exactly where a person is and who a person is, allowing the user to visually distinguish between what is real and what is illusion. A person's Gurou can be seen through anything, even solid object. The Mugenkugan can intensify a specific personís Gurou, making it a perfect tracking ability. Even if that specific person is miles away and in another country, the Mugenkugan user can locate the direction in which their target is [by that person's Gurou] relative to the user.

The Mugenkugan's natural enemy is another Mugenkugan. The Mugenkugan's final ability is to be able to "blackout" a specific person's Gurou, including himself. Although if another Mugenkugan user locates a "blackout" subject, he/she can reactivate that person's Gurou.


Description:

The Hakushouku Clan don't have a strict dress code, which is unusual since everything else in the clan is very strict. As long as the clan member hold its symbol somewhere on their attire, it is permissible. Although members of the Hakushouku Clan seem to dress rather modern and classy in white. White has seemed to be a common theme amongst the Hakushouku Clan. A majority of the masters and elders are cloaked in large coats, with the Hakushouku symbol on the back's dead center, almost business like. Though many believe that this attire is because of the chilly temperature up in the mountains.


History:

The Hakushouku Clan is very small and secluded. The clan temple itself is located on one of the Lightning Countries mountains, above the clouds. Its a rough one day travel to the Hidden Cloud Village. Many residents of the Lightning Country do not know of the Hakushouku's existence, especially those who reside in the towns near the outer realm of the Lightning Country. Usually only the traditional shinobi of the Hidden Cloud Village have even heard of the Hakushouku Clan. But this was the way the clan wanted it to be, free from the world.

The Hakushouku always had strict rules when it came to their beloved Bloodline Limit, the Mugenkugan. It seemed, genetically, only a male that possessed the Mugenkugan could pass down this ability to his offsprings. Therefore the Hakushouku Clan emphasized that each family must bare at least one male child. The first born male was always held as the pride of that Family.

The principles and teachings of the Hakushouku were always based around protecting family and your loved ones. Elders of the Hakushouku always bring this topic up with the younglings, especially those to become shinobi. The Hakushouku rules are strict, in the fact that the first three born and the first born male [If the first born male was not one of the three born] in a family must be enrolled into the ninja Academy at early ages.

Shinobi of the Hakushouku Clan don't specialize in one aspect of jutsus, but are known more to be well balanced in the ninja arts. Younglings of the Hakushouku are taught from very early ages to fight in "stand-alone" situations, and leave the team aspects to the Hidden Cloud Village ways. Though it is not required, the trend among Hakushoukus Clan Members who specialize in Taijutsu usually learn to wield a Bo, Spear or any kind of polearm.

Kaon Myaku no Jutsu [Heat Pulse Technique]

The user focuses his chakra into his hand to fire a concentrated burst of Gurou, shrouded in a "sheath" of electricity that will enter the Gurou it surrounds on impact, causing its detonation without the user having to send a surge of electricity after it, like in Tsuyaken. On impact, this causes minor burns and can turn a spot on the surface of a piece of wood black.

Kaon Danmaku no Jutsu [Heat Barrage Technique]

Prerequisite: Mugenkugan [Infinite Spectrum Eye]

An upgraded version of Kaon Myaku. For the Kaon Danmaku, the user again focuses his chakra through the Mugenkugan to accumulate a concentration of the Gurou in his palm, and then fires it, but upon firing, it splits into many, many short bursts which each have the power of a Kaon Myaku. These bursts spread apart after separating and can easily cover a fairly wide angle.

Fuketsu Haku Bunshin no Jutsu [Impure Twilight Clone Technique]

A watered-down version of Haku Bunshin, this technique still has all of the same basic properties of a Haku Bunshin, that is, they appear identical and give off the same Gurou as the user, but these clones can only use jutsu that the user knows of D-Rank or lower. Once a clone has used a jutsu, it dissipates in a puff of black smoke.

Bakuretsu Senbon no Jutsu [Exploding Senbon Technique]

Much like Kaon Myaku no Jutsu, this technique creates a pitch-black projectile made of Gurou and "sheathed" in electricity to cause the Gurou to explode on impact, however there are several key differences. First, the projectile is formed in the user's hand and thrown as a normal senbon would be, as these are the same size as senbon, but twice as thick. The user does not need any special training in throwing senbon in order to accurately throw the projectile. Also, when the exploding senbon hits something of significant mass, it will partially sink into whatever it hit, unless the object was metal, in which case the needle will simply stick to the object. Then, after a very brief delay, the needle will explode with the power of an exploding pouch.

Notice: The time delay between impact and detonation for this jutsu and its sister jutsu is the same, and is probably close to half a second. The important thing is, if you get hit by this jutsu or the later ones down the line, there is not nearly enough time to pull it out. If you're really fast, there might be enough time to reflexively grab hold of the wound in pain, but then both the pierced area and the target's hand would get injured, so nothing good would come of that.

Bakuretsu Senbon no Mure no Jutsu [Exploding Senbon Swarm Technique]

A natural extension of Bakuretsu Senbon no Jutsu, this technique creates 10 senbon in the user's hands, all with the same properties of their predecessor, however the needles now explode with twice the force of an exploding pouch. Again, the user does not need any special training in a projectile style in order to accurately throw all of the senbon at once.

Tenka no Jutsu [Ignition Technique]

For this jutsu, the user once again must focus his or her chakra through the Mugenkugan, distributing a concentration of Gurou energy across his or her hand, along with an accompanying layer of electricity. This Gurou is molded in a slightly different way, and so does not detonate when charged by electricity. Instead, it becomes intensely hot, such that that anything flammable the user touches with the full palm of that hand will catch on fire and burn. If conditions are right, a brushfire could easily be started this way. If the userís palm contacts with a flesh-and-blood target, severe burns will be caused, depending on how long the contact is maintained. This jutsu can be maintained for 4 posts, however on the 3rd post of continuous use, the userís hand will begin to suffer burns that are almost as severe as when it is used offensively.

Tsuyaken [Radiant Sphere]

The user gathers chakra into his/her palm. By channelling chakra and molding it using the Mugenkugan's Infinite Spectrum, the user creates a sphere of pure Gurou, the energy from all the wavelengths of the electromagnetic spectrum merged into one. When complete the sphere looks completely black, outlined in a white light. As pure Gurou, the Tsuyaken can do no physical harm. The user must send an electrical surge to react with the Tsuyaken and cause it to explode, hence the requirement of Raiu Soujuu. The Tsuyaken can be thrown, but still requires an electrical surge to explode, and this surge can be delivered from a distance. This version of the Tsuyaken is a watered down version of the true technique. Everything can performed in one post, and the Tsuyaken is about the size of a tennis ball. The explosion from this version can break through wood, causing minimal burns to the users palm.

Hisan Tsuyaken [Scattering Eternal Radiant Sphere]

A simple, but useful variation on the Tsuyaken. The user gathers chakra into his or her hand, and forms a black orb of Gurou the size of a tennis ball, then fires it, but here it splits into 5 different beams which can be controlled, to an extent, to weave around and converge on the target. As they get near, the user sends an electrical surge at them and causes them to explode.

Sogekihei no Bakudan no Jutsu [Sharpshooter's Bomb Technique]

Essentially a high-powered version of Bakuretsu Senbon, this branch focused on enhancing the power and range of the projectile instead of increasing the number of needles. As in Exploding Senbon, the user creates a long, narrow projectile made of Gurou and "sheathed" in electricity, however this one is as big as a medium-sized arrow, which is thrown in the same manner a spear would be thrown, but it's fed some extra chakra to give it a speed boost. This speed allows it to be accurately thrown from up to half a mile away. On impact, the "arrow" has the same properties as its predecessor, however the explosion now has half the force of an exploding tag. It's safe to say that this jutsu is lethal if a direct hit is made on an opponent's torso, and a hit to an appendage will certainly relieve the target of part or all of the limb hit.

Kyo-Tsuyaken [Eternal Radiant Sphere]

The user gathers chakra into his/her palm. By channelling chakra and molding it using the Mugenkugan's Infinite Spectrum, the user creates a sphere of pure Gurou, the energy from all the wavelengths of the electromagnetic spectrum merged into one. When complete the sphere looks completely black, outlined in a white light. As pure Gurou, the Tsuyaken can do no physical harm. The user must send an electrical surge to react with the Tsuyaken and cause it to explode, hence the requirement of Tenikou no Kuntou. The Tsuyaken can be thrown, but still requires an electrical surge to explode, and this surge can be delivered from a distance. This version of the Tsuyaken is its true form, taking one post to mold enough energy into the sphere. The Tsuyaken is about the size of a soccer ball in this level. An explosion from this level can blast through metal leaving it deformed and will blow off the users arm if used to thrust.

This is the culmination of all study that Hakushouku clansmen have devoted to exploring their full control over the electromagnetic spectrum. The user takes one post, and focuses his chakra in the same way as all other Hakushouku jutsu, converting it into an extreme concentration of Gurou energy in the hand, which takes the shape of an intensely glowing ball that swirls with every color imaginable, and is about the size of a volleyball. Accompanying this, is a shell of electricity, isolated enough such that it does not instantly explode. The user cannot move while it is charging or their concentration is broken. This is then fired, and on contact with anything, the electricity enters the blast, detonating the end of it in a blast of heat so strong that, if a tree is in its path, any part of it touching or near the blast will be incinerated and stone will be melted. If maintained, the blast continues feeding more gurou and electricity into the blast, and can melt away metal if it is held on the metal for the full duration of the jutsu. The beam can last for 2 posts.

Sogekihei no Kurasuta Bakudan no Jutsu [Sharpshooter's Cluster Bomb Technique]

Here you have it. The best of both worlds, combining (and increasing) the destructive power of the Sharpshooter's Bomb with the numbers provided by Exploding Senbon Swarm. Taking a full post to charge, the user holds both his arms parallel and fully extended in front of him, with the palms of the hands facing each other. Within the gap between the user's arms, a number of arrow-sized jet black projectiles form. When they are ready to be fired, the user molds a large amount of electricity to wrap around his arms, turning them into electromagnets. In layman's terms, what this means is the user becomes a human railgun which launches the projectiles at incredible speeds and allows them to even pierce through trees, stones, and metals easily. The projectiles will repel each other while in flight, so that they impact over a wider area than the one between the user's arms, although naturally at least one of them will stay straight on course, aimed for the target shinobi. On impact, there is the normal very brief delay before they explode, and each of them now has twice power of an exploding tag.

The range and size of the area the projectiles separate to depends on how many projectiles were made. If the user makes 5, his maximum range is a mile away, and they will spread over a 10 meter radius. If the user creates 10, the maximum range is half of a mile, and they will spread themselves over a 20 meter radius. These are the only two options the user has, there's no formula for making 7 or 3 projectiles.
